What Do We Need from the Host?
- A Comfortable Space: A room or area where your guests can sit and enjoy the performance for about an hour.
- Minimum Attendees: At least 10-15 people who are there to listen to original live music.

Do I Need a Large Space? No, you don’t need a mansion. A cozy living room or a similar space is perfect. As long as there’s room for the performers and seating for around 15 people, you’re set.
Is There a Cost to Host a House Concert? We don’t charge an upfront fee. Instead, we rely on audience donations. It’s helpful to let your guests know ahead of time that it’s a donation-based event and to make an announcement about donations during the performance. We’ll guide you through it!
Do I Need to Provide Food and Drinks? Providing food and drinks is optional. You can offer a full spread, make it a potluck, or simply have some snacks and drinks available. The choice is yours!
What if I’m Worried About Planning the Event? Don’t worry—we’ll help you through every step. We’ll coordinate the date and time with you, and you can send out invitations or create a Facebook event. We can even provide templates for invites. On the day of the concert, it’s as simple as hosting friends: mingling, enjoying music, and more mingling.
Will Strangers Attend My House Concert? Your concert can remain private if you prefer. If fans inquire about attending, we’ll only share your address if you’re comfortable with it.
What’s the Usual Schedule for a House Concert? Typically, guests arrive and mingle for 30 minutes to an hour, followed by about an hour of music, and then more mingling, chatting, and possibly purchasing CDs or merch. We can adjust the schedule to suit your preferences.
