I’m grateful to share some kind words from The Jersey Sound about my new double album, Midnight in Plain Sight.
Music journalist Mike Greenblatt had this to say:
“We loved Todd Bailey’s Cactusland album last year but even that couldn’t possibly prepare us for his 12th album: the epic 21-track double-doozy Midnight in Plain Sight in which Bailey traverses the rough contours of singer-songwriter smarts, folk, pop, Americana, country and roots-rock with songs about late nights, the open road, hard truth, and, as he says, ‘the moments in-between that shape who we become.’”

It means a lot to see the record connect in this way. Midnight in Plain Sight is a collection of stories about those quiet, defining moments—the ones that don’t always make the headlines but end up shaping everything.
Thanks to The Jersey Sound and Mike for taking the time to listen and write about the album.
